30th Annual Empty Bowls

We warmly invite you to attend the 30th Annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser, a cherished tradition hosted by Catholic Outreach, taking place at 245 South 1st Street on Saturday, October 11, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m.

With a $25 ticket, you’ll receive a beautiful handcrafted bowl — yours to keep as a lasting symbol of hope and generosity — along with a warm meal of soup and dessert, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Every ticket helps ensure no neighbor goes hungry.

Online ticket purchasing is now closed. If you still would like to buy a ticket, you may purchase a ticket at the door. Warning: There are a limited amount of tickets. As a result we may run out of bowls, but you will still be welcome to enjoy soup and to support the cause.

Empty Bowls

The concept of Empty Bowls was brought to our valley by the late Ginger Rice.

Each year potters craft and donate soup bowls.

Restaurants donate gourmet soups.

Bakeries, markets, stores donate cookies, candies, and beverages.
